Next Day Delivery
24 hours (does not include the weekends)     £5.99        

Next Day Delivery requests are only accepted Monday - Thursday's before 3pm as we do not offer Next Day Delivery to get to you on a weekend.

Free delivery is not offered on Next Day Delivery even if £60 and over has been achieved in your order.

Free Delivery

Free delivery will be automatically inputted upon checkout when you have purchased £60 or more in items.

Free delivery is not offered on Next Day Delivery even if £60 and over has been achieved in your order.

Returns        

We offer free returns on any item if you have emailed us at contact@weightlosswardrobe.com and we receive the goods back within 14 days of your delivery date. We will send you a postage label via email for you to print off and attach to the packaging.

If you send the return after the 14 days of your delivery date and you have been given free postage from us, we will then take the charge of the postage out of your refund to cover the costs.

Even if you have informed us within the 14 days since receiving your purchase from us but you are sending back anything after the 14 days of your delivery date, you are responsible for the postage and for getting a 'Proof of Purchase' receipt to prove it has been sent.

If we fail to receive the return by day 28 after you received your purchase and you cannot show us a 'Proof of Purchase', no refund will be given.

To be eligible for any refund, the items must be in its original condition, unworn and with the Weight Loss Wardrobe tags still attached with no evidence of tampering. We do not accept returns and no refund will be given on items that have been washed, altered, have been marked with make-up, have been marked with fake tan or damaged in any way. Please make sure it is packaged and labelled correctly. You will also need to get a 'Proof of Postage' as we may request to see it. A refund will not be issued without a 'Proof of Postage'.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at
contact@weightlosswardrobe.com with your order number and the items you want to return so we are able to send you a free (if within the 14 days window) returns label along with instructions.

Any items returned without prior notice in writing or without prior knowledge sent to the company's registered office address, will not be given a refund.  

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. 

All items are checked prior to despatch. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
