Weight Loss Wardrobe is an online women's clothing store that offers a variety of clothing items designed to help women feel confident and comfortable while on their weight loss journey. 

We make all reasonable efforts to display accurate and up-to-date product information on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions, images, or prices are 100% accurate at all times. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including if the product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description of the product, or if there is an error in your order. We will process your payment only after we have accepted your order. 

We offer delivery to the UK. We aim to deliver to you within 3-5 days unless you have opted for a 'Next Day Delivery' service. The 'Next Day Delivery' service is for all orders made before 3pm on the day of purchase Monday - Thursday as we do not offer Next Day Delivery on a weekend. 

Free delivery is offered to orders in the UK that amount to or over £60. No free delivery is offered for the 'Next Day Delivery' service even if the £60 and over is achieved. Please see our Delivery Charges page.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the delivery carrier. 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Weight Loss Wardrobe. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product for free if you have informed us by email at contact@weightlosswardrobe.com and we have received the return package within 14 days of you receiving your for a full refund or exchange.
